Our corporate practice involves all types of investments and mergers and acquisitions, as well as cross-border business transactions and day-to-day commercial activities.
We are experienced in advising to Chinese investors on acquisitions of and investments in Israeli entities and represented several Chinese companies and investors on their investments in Israeli companies and start-ups, from the initial due diligence process until the closing of the deal.
Backed by Chinese law firms of the first tier, combined with our own expertise, we also advise Israeli entities on structuring their presence in China, including performance of due diligence on Chinese partners, establishing all types of Chinese corporations and structuring of license agreements and distribution arrangements as well as matters related to Intellectual Property Law, Labor Law and on-going commercial activities.
Dispute Resolution
We advise Israeli entities on disputes with Chinese counterparts. We are uniquely experienced in solving many of the disputes through direct negotiations, in Chinese, with the Chinese parties.
In some cases, and together with the Chinese law firms we collaborate with, we have successfully helped our Israeli clients to go through the process of submitting legal claims to the competent courts and arbitration committees in China (and the region) and reaching the goals of collecting the due amounts or solving the dispute otherwise.
We are also well positioned in representing Chinese entities in all types of disputes with their Israeli counterparts and have done so successfully in numerous cases.
